Administrator / Client Services

Purpose of the role

To effectively and efficiently support accounting and advisory activities and ensure that all administrative functions are complete on behalf of the business. Support team members are highly organised and able to prioritise. 

This full-time role is responsible for:

  • Managing our client onboarding process
  • Receiving client work in, compiling and ensuring all records received as requested
  • Review capacity plan, setting up of work papers and ledgers
  • Management of jobs in practice manager 
  • Facilitation of departing clients and ensuring all systems are updated
  • Other administration, back up to reception and general office duties as required. 

About you

We are looking for someone with administration experience and high attention to detail. As you will be liaising directly with clients, you will be an effective communicator.

You will also have:

  • A passion for working in a client service environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to use initiative, prioritise workflow and multi-task
  • An outgoing personality, honesty, integrity and a sense of humour
  • A desire to work as part of a team
